The form asks for a name, email address, subject and message. Faith Forge Labs stores these on its server to review and respond to the request. The submission also records the referring project page and available campaign details, IP address and browser information.
A saved confirmation means the inquiry was recorded; it does not confirm an email notification or a personal reply. Leave out customer and vehicle records, payment information, credentials and other sensitive details. You can also email FaithForgeLabsLLC@gmail.com.
